The In-House Creative Studio plays a critical role in shaping how the Experian brand shows up across every customer touchpoint. As a Senior Designer, you'll be a creative guardian, ensuring our brand is consistently represented through high-quality, insight-led design across paid, owned and earned channels. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine exceptional craft with creative oversight, helping to elevate the quality of work across the wider studio while delivering your own best-in-class design solutions.

Working within our in-house creative team, you'll collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, marketers and channel specialists to develop compelling creative that delivers both brand impact and commercial performance. From performance marketing campaigns and CRM journeys to web experiences, internal communications and product launches, you'll create engaging digital assets while championing design excellence across the team. This is a hybrid London-based role (40% office based), reporting to the Head of Creative & Content.

What you'll be doing:

  • Brand Consistency & Creative Guardianship: Champion Experian's visual identity by maintaining exceptional creative standards across every asset. Provide constructive feedback to colleagues, review work with a critical eye and ensure brand guidelines, accessibility standards and technical specifications are consistently met.
  • Design & Production: Design and produce high-quality creative across multiple digital channels, including paid social, display advertising, CRM, email, websites, landing pages and integrated marketing campaigns. Balance creativity with efficiency while delivering assets at pace.
  • Performance-Focused Design: Create digital experiences that are built to perform. Develop creative that supports testing, optimisation and measurable business outcomes, understanding how design influences engagement, conversion, CTR, CPA and other performance metrics.
  • Scalable Creative Systems: Develop templates, reusable assets and component libraries that improve consistency, accelerate production and enable efficient collaboration across campaigns and teams.
  • Social-First Creative: Create engaging social-first content that feels native to each platform. Contribute ideas, adapt creative for different audiences and channels, and produce compelling assets across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
  • AI-Enabled Creativity: Embrace AI-powered creative tools, including Weave AI and generative design technologies, to enhance ideation, streamline production workflows, automate repetitive tasks and improve creative efficiency without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Graphic Designer or 360 Designer, supported by a portfolio demonstrating exceptional multi-channel creative across digital platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma, with experience working within collaborative design systems and shared component libraries.
  • Experience delivering creative across performance marketing, CRM, social media, websites and digital advertising, with an understanding of how design contributes to campaign success.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a brand guardian, reviewing creative work, mentoring colleagues and maintaining consistently high design standards.
  • Excellent understanding of digital design best practices, accessibility principles and platform-specific requirements across social media, web, CRM and display advertising.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools, such as Weave AI or equivalent generative technologies, to improve creative workflows and production efficiency.
