We are looking for a proactive Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our HR Technology Transformation team. This role is important for ensuring the success of a major HR transformation programme. You will support the smooth running of the programme with a focus on logistics, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities- Coordinate workshops, meetings, and programme events, both hybrid and in‐person, across global time zones.
- Communicate with the systems integrator partner to ensure agreement on logistics, documentation, and meeting preparation.
- Support the Programme Director and Project Manager with administrative tasks including tracking actions, updating plans, and maintaining programme documentation.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow‐up actions for important meetings and workshops.
- Ensure communication and follow‐up with stakeholders to support decision‐making and progress.
- Maintain programme calendars, contact lists, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Support tracking risks and dependencies, escalating where needed.
- Help foster a collaborative and delivery‐focused programme culture.
- Experience in project or programme administration within large‐scale transformation programmes.
- Demonstrate strong skills in being organised, and focused on details.
- Tailor communication style to suit diverse audience and different levels of seniority.
- Comfortable working across global teams and time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Teams, and project collaboration tools.
- Manage multiple project tasks and adapt to changing need.
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems.
- Experience supporting technology transformation programmes.
- Exposure to working with systems integrators or external delivery partners.
