Job Description

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager, with experience working within a consumer facing organisation, to own the strategy behind some of our most important innovative consumer propositions, partnering with Product from the earliest stages of discovery through to launch. You'll help identify customer problems worth solving, shape product direction, define compelling propositions and ensure every product we build delivers meaningful customer and commercial impact.

This is a strategic, upstream role. You'll work alongside Product Managers, Designers, Researchers and Analysts to bring customer, market and competitive insight into the 0-1 product process. You'll influence directly what gets built, who it's built for and how we create products that can then scale in market.

What you will own:

Product strategy & discovery

  • Partner with the Innovation & Growth Domains from discovery through to launch, helping identify customer problems, validate opportunities and shape product direction.
  • Bring together customer, market and competitor insight to influence roadmap priorities and identify where we can create the greatest value.
  • Define target customer segments, value propositions and positioning for new products and features.

Proposition & Go-to-Market

  • Lead product marketing for new innovations, propositions and features from concept through launch and optimisation.
  • Turn complex product capabilities into compelling customer propositions that drive understanding, adoption and growth.
  • Measure product adoption and customer outcomes, using insight and experimentation to continuously improve performance.

Leadership & influence

  • Build trusted partnerships across Product, Design, Research, Analytics and Marketing to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through evidence, customer insight and commercial thinking.
  • Champion modern product marketing by using AI and emerging technologies to accelerate customer insight, proposition development and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2C product marketing, product strategy or customer-led marketing within a digital consumer business.
  • Proven experience taking products, propositions or customer experiences from 0→1, working alongside Product Managers through discovery, validation, launch and iteration.
  • Demonstrable experience influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions through customer, market and competitive insight.
  • Strong experience defining positioning, propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive customer adoption.
  • Deep understanding of customer research, experimentation and data-informed product development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior Product, Design and Commercial leaders.
  • Experience using AI and modern tooling to accelerate insight generation, proposition development and product marketing workflows.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with high levels of ownership, autonomy and ambiguity.

Additional Information

Benefits package includes:

  • Hybrid working - 40% office based
  • Great compensation package and discretionary bonus
  • Core benefits include Pension, Bupa healthcare, Sharesave Scheme and more
  • 25 days annual leave with 8 bank holidays and 3 volunteering days. You can purchase additional annual leave.
