Overview

In this role you will lead the Product Analytics function to shape data-driven digital experiences for Experian’s direct-to-consumer products. You will own the analytics roadmap, partner with product, design and engineering to embed insights, and drive predictive initiatives that personalise journeys and optimise engagement and value. You’ll manage a high-performing team and champion experimentation and AI-enabled decisioning across the product lifecycle. This is an opportunity to influence product strategy and customer outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Analytics roadmap aligned to product strategy and commercial objectives
  • Partner with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to embed analytics across the product lifecycle
  • Lead customer journey analytics across web and app to improve engagement, conversion and retention
  • Develop predictive models and analytical solutions for personalised experiences (Next Best Action, recommendations, intelligent decisioning)
  • Influence product strategy through customer insights, behavioural analytics and opportunity sizing
  • Support launches with measurement frameworks and post-launch evaluation
  • Champion experimentation, A/B testing and AI-driven approaches to improve product performance
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, Data Engineering and Analytics teams to leverage segmentation and scalable data solutions

Key requirements

  • Proven experience leading Product, Digital or Customer Analytics teams
  • Strong experience partnering with Product leadership to shape strategy and roadmap
  • Experience developing predictive models and analytical solutions (Next Best Action, propensity models, recommendations)
  • Expertise in behavioural analytics and customer journey analysis, experimentation and A/B testing
  • Advanced SQL skills with large-scale datasets
  • Strong commercial acumen translating insights into engagement, retention and lifetime value
  • Experience establishing product performance frameworks, KPIs and measurement strategies
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics for product innovation
