We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in EDQ and one of his direct reports. The role is heavily focused on inbox and diary management, coordinating travel, supporting strategic business activities, and enabling collaboration across a diverse network of stakeholders.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex multi-country itineraries, accommodation, visas, and logistics.
  • Build strong working relationships with Executive Assistants and key stakeholders across the UK and globally to facilitate seamless collaboration and support.
  • Support the delivery of regional and global business initiatives, projects, and leadership priorities through effective coordination and tracking.
  • Support governance activities, leadership meetings, and business reviews and assist with data gathering, reporting, and maintaining business documentation where required.

Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting a Managing Director, Executive Committee member, or senior leader within a global organisation. Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and identify which relationships and priorities require immediate focus. Experience building effective networks with Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word, with experience producing presentations and executive-level materials.
