Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join us on a

12 months fixed term basis , in a hands-on, high-impact role.

As Creative Operations Manager, you'll be the engine room of our in-house studio, keeping projects flowing, creative time protected, and the supporting and equipping the team to do their best work.

Alongside your operational remit, you'll bring real production expertise to the studio.

That means getting stuck in on shoots from scoping locations and handling the paperwork, to standing on set and making things happen with a camera crew.

You'll be as comfortable in a production meeting as you are in a risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Studio Operations & Workflow
  • Own the day-to-day operations of the in-house creative studio, keeping projects on track, teams unblocked, and teams inspired.
  • Build and maintain clear workflow processes from brief intake and resource allocation through to final delivery.
  • Manage and prioritise the creative team's workload, protecting creative focus time and preventing bottlenecks.
  • Maintain the studio's project management tools (Monday. com), keeping everything accurate and up to date.
  • Build automations and AI agents to help with studio processes, brief reviews, and workflow efficiency.
  • Team Management & Support
  • Run regular team check-ins, planning sessions, and creative reviews.
  • Identify training needs, development opportunities, and ways to stretch the team's capabilities.
  • Production & Shoot Coordination
  • Lead the planning and execution of small-to-medium productions, typically involving 1–2 camera crews.
  • Scout and secure shoot locations, assessing suitability for the brief, logistical practicality, and crew safety.
  • Manage all pre-production paperwork, including location agreements, call sheets, release forms, equipment manifests, and production schedules.
  • Be present on set to support the production and troubleshoot as needed, keeping shoots running to schedule and budget.
  • Manage post-production handoffs, ensuring footage and assets are properly organised, archived, and accessible.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within a creative environment
  • Proficient with project management tools such as Asana, Monday. com, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent collaborator with a supportive, nurturing approach.
  • A natural problem-solver who can adapt quickly when shoots, briefs, or priorities change.
  • Comfortable working across both the creative and operational sides of a project.
  • Strong quality standards and an eye for good creative work.
  • Additional Information

Our uniqueness is that we celebrate yours.
