Job Description: We’re looking for a Brand and Campaigns Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. Reporting into the Head of Brand and Campaigns, you will be at the intersection of creativity and performance, work with agencies, media partners and in‑house teams and make big ideas work across multiple channels.

  • Creative Development: You will develop new and compelling ways to sell the Experian brand to consumers. Utilise a mix of agency and in‑house resource and manage relationships to produce effective messaging that could be used across all and any channel where our target audience might be. Drive innovation in creative and media approaches to keep Experian ahead of the curve.
  • Media Strategy and Planning: You will use a mix of traditional and innovative routes to get the Experian message in front of the consumer wherever it will be most effective. Develop the media plan with our media agency, the media owner, or even a content creator.
  • Performance & Measurement: Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for all brand and campaign activity. Monitor performance, improve in‑flight campaigns, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing to develop go‑to‑market (GTM) plans for new product launches. Work with the Insight and product teams to understand what makes our target audience tick and uncover compelling proof points to inform creative and messaging. Ensure all brand and campaign activity is integrated across touchpoints including digital, CRM, social, and offline channels.

Qualifications: Proven track record in brand and campaign management within consumer‑facing businesses. Hands‑on experience managing creative and media agencies. Strong knowledge of video channels (TV, YouTube, BVOD, social), audio (radio, podcasts), outdoor, and media partnerships. Strategic outlook with the ability to translate insights into impactful campaigns. Strong understanding of media planning principles and performance optimisation. Data‑driven with experience in campaign measurement and reporting and knowledge of brand tracking, econometrics, or marketing effectiveness frameworks. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and new media trends. Experience in financial services or a regulated industry.
