We are looking for a Learning and Development Partner to join our UKI L&D team. You will manage the development of our apprenticeship and placement programmes for the UK&I to build the skills required for future business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • You will manage relationships with external providers for apprenticeship programmes – ensuring that we are partnering with the best suppliers for our needs.
  • You will explore opportunities for how best to use the apprenticeship levy in the UK to grow skills and talent to meet business requirements – including keeping up to date with and lobbying as appropriate for changes to the levy.
  • Support our ESG agenda through carefully chosen partnerships to maximise Experian's reputation, talent/skills and DEIB goals.
  • Plan for and lead National Apprenticeship week activities.
  • Organise placement programmes to provide a pipeline of talent for graduate roles.
  • Set up admin support for apprenticeship administration and support for the EC programmes through GPS offshore team.
  • Work in partnership with Graduate lead to ensure successful programmes across the EC remit.
Qualifications:
  • Experienced in design-thinking and other human centred approaches to solving problems.
  • Experienced in designing simple and engaging end to end experiences for customers or employees.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of apprenticeship levy and how it can be applied.
  • Demonstrate a strategic outlook and can identify opportunities to align apprenticeships to strategic workforce planning, using a commercial lens.
  • Experience using data to tell a story and drive future business decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels of the organisation and experience building relationships with external organisations.
  • Effectively use brand and tone of voice to engage and excite.
  • Bring curiosity and creativity to every situation to push boundaries and drive positive change.
  • Proactively look for ways to create an equitable environment for our people through all practices and processes.
