We are looking for an experienced Head of Performance Marketing on a 6 month fixed term basis to drive our growth programs using our core performance channels across Paid Search, SEO, Display and Affiliate Partnerships within our Consumer Services function. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will drive performance through paid channels and SEO to align with the overarching marketing strategy and acquisition goals whilst leading a team of 4-5 performance marketers and analysts.

We are at an important moment for the business to step change how consumers perceive our brand to drive our long-term growth goals. We are looking for someone who can manage immediate initiatives which deliver against sales targets across subscription and Marketplace products (e.g. Loans, Credit Cards) during this period of change.

We are looking for a marketing leader who balances effectiveness and efficiencies to deliver an optimised plan and deliver high results.

Qualifications
  • Extensive experience delivering customer growth through performance marketing channels.
  • Own multi-million pound media budget to deliver effective and efficient results.
  • Experience of successful acquisitions and integrations.
  • Strong marketing and strategic expertise.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning.
