Job Description
Risk and Control Management involves identifying potential risks to business activities and implementing measures to mitigate or prevent these risks. It’s an important role to ensure we meet the expectations of clients, consumers, regulators and shareholders.
We have an exciting opportunity to join Experian as a Graduate Risk Management Analyst. Reporting into a Senior Risk Manager, you’ll work as part of the team responsible for driving transformation, performance improvement and project execution across Experian’s operational risk transformation project.
You will help develop our future controls to protect our business. Responsibilities could be to:
- Partner with stakeholders to maintain risk documentation and assessments.
- Support policy owners in developing business implementation plans to ensure effective risk mitigation and control operation.
- Identify and analyse trends utilising information and research, to develop next step recommendations.
- Implement risk and control improvement plans with global teams.
We’re looking for graduates who are driven and excited about progressing a career in Risk Management. You’ll have the opportunity to rotate between risk teams, to develop your understanding of risk and control frameworks in the context of a complex global business and gain exposure to senior leaders globally.
It’s a role which requires an organised approach to tasks, creation of practical solutions to problems and clear communication as you’ll work on critical documentation.
Our Graduate roles are permanent opportunities, and you’ll also take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme when you join us which is packed with workshops, short-courses & online material designed to help kick-start your career.
Qualifications
To be eligible to join this Graduate Programme, you’ll need:
- A minimum 2:2 degree classification from any degree subject, tied with the ability to analyse and solve problems.
- To have graduated within the last three years (2023, 2024 or 2025 graduates).
- Legal right to work in the UK for the full duration of the graduate programme: this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.
This role is based in our Nottingham office. Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working, you’ll be in the office weekly. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
