The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

To provide organisational and administrative support to the Group Chief Financial Officer and Financial Controller, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and contributing to the efficiency of the organisation.
Responsibilities:- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives over multiple time zones with a range of different stakeholders.
- Inbox Management – oversee the management and screening of all communication for the CFO.
- Prepare high quality reports and presentations for meetings/business reporting requirements and board reports.
- Prepare meeting agendas to attendees in good time.
- Collaborate within the team to organise events, offsite meetings, team workshops, 'All Hands' events making inputs and suggestions to ensure the events are successful.
- Draft internal correspondence, presentations, and reports of a general and confidential nature, plus issuing correspondence from the comms team.
- Organise complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodation, transfers and visas.
- Partner with other PAs and EAs within Experian and externally to ensure management and organisation of Board, Customer, Supplier and Senior Leadership Meetings.
- Work with the CEO's office to arrange the annual meetings in the Operating Calendar and provide cover when their EA is on leave.
- Handle confidential information.
- Communicate with LSEG executives and assistants for attendance to external board and related meetings.
- Be ready to assist with multiple personal requests including holiday bookings, family events, tax returns, private car management, medical appointments.
- You will be experienced as an executive assistant with an understanding of our business and its senior leadership.
- Excellent administration skills including diary management.
- Deliver a high standard of work and meet agreed timescales.
- High standard of IT skills including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience working and building credibility at C-Suite level.
