Job Description
We\’re looking for a Digital Executive to join our UKI Marketing team at Experian. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in a digital environment who is eager to grow, contribute, and make a real impact in a collaborative setting.
You\’ll support the execution of digital marketing initiatives across our website and social media channels, working with internal stakeholders to ensure great content and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- You will build and update website content using our CMS (Content Management System)
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines
- You will collaborate with the Digital Content Lead to optimise content for UX, AI and LLM visibility
- Monitor and report on website content performance to wider department and wider internal stakeholders
- Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Monitor performance metrics and engagement trends
- Provide insights and suggest new content formats or posting styles to improve reach and engagement
- Work with internal stakeholders to support marketing campaigns with a digital view
- Track and report on digital performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversions)
- Assist in optimising campaigns based on performance data and best practices
Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing or digital content role
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)
- Exposure to SEO/GenAI principles and content optimisation
- Experience working in a corporate or B2B environment
- Understanding of digital campaign workflows and stakeholder collaboration
- Comfortable presenting ideas
