Job Description

We are recruiting for a crucial Customer Service Executive position within our Background Checking team, based in our Nottingham office. You will be part of an important team within Experian and to promote both your customer service and administration skills and starting on a career path that offers fantastic career progression and learning opportunities. Reporting into the Team Manager, you will have excellent customer service skills, which you will utilise to support our clients and candidates throughout their employment screening journey. You will conduct several of the component parts of the employment screening process, which will allow you to build your confidence and understanding of multiple screening methods including contacting clients, candidates and referees by telephone, email and live chat to gain required information.
