Our Customer Engagement team plays an important role in helping customers understand and improve their financial wellbeing. As a CRM Executive, you'll help bring this to life by delivering personalised communications that show customers how Experian is on their side.

Work That Matters – What You'll Be Doing

  • Create customer‑centric CRM campaigns using insight, data and analysis
  • Develop messaging and creative across multiple customer journeys and channels
  • Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation
  • Manage day‑to‑day CRM activity focused on engaging and retaining existing customers
  • Collaborate with agencies and our teams to ensure campaigns meet brand, content and compliance standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in CRM and campaign management, including building creative, messaging and segmentation
  • Hands‑on experience using CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, ExactTarget or Marketing Suite
  • Experience working across direct channels including Email, SMS, Push Notifications and Direct Mail
