The ECS Marketplace team is growing, building new features and products to help consumers make smart money moves. This role reports to the Senior Commercial Loans lead and supports delivering the Loans marketplace strategy and growing the vertical of partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen existing partner relationships by understanding the partner's strategic goals and communicating using Experian's B2B product assets and relationships; articulate ECS's broader strategy and link it to partner outcomes; include commercial negotiation and contracting.
- Grow the number of loans partners on the ECS Marketplace, focusing on meeting consumer needs across the credit spectrum and complying with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to onboarding and partner management of debt consolidation and negotiation-focused offerings.
- Deliver the Loans vertical strategy in collaboration with the Senior Commercial Loans lead, including market sizing and long-term thinking about ECS Marketplace's role in the lending ecosystem; grow share of wallet.
- Partner with product and technology teams in an agile capacity, contribute to the product roadmap, support initiative sizing, and represent consumers and partners in key discussions.
- Use data visualization tools like Tableau to interrogate data and highlight trends to capitalise on opportunities.
- Build a close relationship with the Senior Loans Commercial Executive, helping coach them and develop their commercial skillset.
Qualifications
- You're comfortable interrogating data to understand trends and deliver meaningful changes.
- You have demonstrated experience achieving a vertical strategy in a financial services environment.
- You excel at leading discussions with senior leaders.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Industry knowledge focused in consumer financial services.
- You put the consumer at the heart of your decisions and obsess over consumer outcomes.
- You are a great collaborator who can work with diverse teams—from product to compliance to marketing—and bring people along.
