Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on Change Lead to join our HR Cloud Transformation Programme. You will be instrumental in driving the successful transition from on‑premise Oracle to Oracle Cloud, shaping change projects that promote adoption and deliver a seamless experience for employees and managers. You will help ensure this transformation is not just a technology upgrade, but a step‑change in how we work.
Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy and execution for the HR technology transformation, including migration to Oracle Cloud, decommissioning legacy systems and embedding new ways of working.
- Partner with senior HR and business leaders to secure alignment, sponsorship and engagement across all levels.
- Design and deliver change plans, communications and training to drive adoption and readiness.
- Collaborate with HR Communications to create compelling materials that build excitement and share updates, actions and next steps.
- Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance, applying proactive strategies to ensure smooth implementation.
- Monitor and report on change progress, impact and readiness across workstreams using data‑driven insights.
- Work closely with the systems integrator to leverage external expertise and ensure best‑practice delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large‑scale change programmes, ideally within HR and across global matrix organisations.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, shared services and digital transformation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Tailor your communication style to a diverse audience and demonstrate strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging narratives.
- Creative and culturally aware approach to change management.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and resource planning.
