We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the Experian Identity & Fraud team, working within our Go-to-Market function and alongside our vertical account management teams, focused on new business activity and new logo prospecting.
You will drive sales for the Experian Identity and Fraud product suite including data services, analytical capabilities and software solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, to help our client\\\’s combat financial crime, improve customer experience and meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales objectives are translated into specific plans and targets.
- Ensure clients have a smooth and harmonious experience of the sales process.
- Within your accounts, you will develop long-term (1-3 year) and tactical, short-term sales initiatives and programmes to achieve overall strategic plans.
- Participate in the development of the overall strategic account plan(s).
- Provide accurate forecasts built from granular data and insight providing current and future market trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications
- Business development experience gained within the identity, verification, fraud or fincrime market.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proficiency in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling software and platform solutions.
- Engage and share information to support high-level stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
