Job Description
We\’re looking for an Associate Strategic Pricing Consultant to report into our Global Strategic Pricing team. This is a commercial role working globally to drive Experian\’s pricing performance and maturity. Main workstreams include implementing and optimising our CPQ tooling and process.
It\’s a complex, exciting and varied role that gives exposure at a senior level across Experian working across geographic and business boundaries.
You will drive Experian\’s pricing performance, increase the efficiency of the pricing and quoting process and look for opportunities to increase additional revenue and EBIT through, data led pricing solutions.
You will utilise and promote the very best practice and expertise available to develop and implement pricing strategies, governance frameworks and processes for driving pricing improvements in Experian.
You will help develop and implement pricing strategies that improves profitability and competitiveness. Your role will involve data analysis, market research, and collaboration with teams to deliver relevant pricing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience leading the development of pricing strategies and models
- Experience conducting competitive pricing analysis and market research to inform pricing decisions
- Analyse historical sales data and customer behaviour to identify pricing opportunities
- Analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Work with a broad range of colleagues including senior partners within a large matrix organisation
- Experience with pricing principles, financial modelling and market dynamics
- Have a strategic focus
- Experience with pricing software and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis (preferred)
