We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Group Real Estate & Workplace team. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract, supporting a diverse portfolio of over 40 locations across the UK & Ireland, APAC, and EMEA. If you're organised, people-focused, and love bringing projects to life behind the scenes, this is the role for you.
What you will do:
- Help our design and construction projects run smoothly.
- Keep projects on track with schedules, trackers, and action logs.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities across teams and partners.
- Manage important documentation including drawings, permits, and HSE records.
- Create clear and engaging project dashboards and status updates.
- Support budgets, invoices, and spend tracking.
