Risk management is important to how we deliver products and commercial outcomes responsibly. This is a development role for someone with a good grounding in risk, controls or governance who wants to build specialist experience within a supportive team environment. You'll support first line ownership of risk across product and commercial activity, helping the business make informed decisions while maintaining governance as it continues to grow and evolve.
What you'll do:
- Support product and commercial risk activities across the UK business
- Help with risk and control identification and assessment
- Prepare clear risk reporting, dashboards and governance materials
- Support reviews of new plans, product changes and commercial arrangements
- Track issues, incidents and actions, including root cause analysis support
What you'll need to bring to the role:
- Some experience in risk, governance, controls, audit, compliance or a related field
- An interest in developing a career in product and commercial risk
- Good analytical skills with confidence working at a detailed level
