Work that matters
What you'll do:
- Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
- Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
- Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
- Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian:
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
- Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes
- Experience designing and engaging, scalable people solutions
- Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
- Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams

Additional Information
