We're looking for a Head of FP&A to step into a high-profile, critical role within our UK & Ireland business. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will work with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, providing insight that directly shapes decisions, performance outcomes, and growth priorities.
In addition to leading core FP&A activity, you will act as a senior finance partner to corporate functions, supporting leaders across areas such as central operations and enabling functions. You will bring financial clarity, challenge, and insight, helping corporate teams understand performance, manage spend, and align with wider goals.
You will sit at the centre of financial leadership, combining strategic influence, executive exposure, and people leadership.
What you'll do:
- Help support the CFO and senior executives, delivering insight that informs both short-term decisions and long-term strategy.
- Be a senior member of the FP&A leadership team, setting direction and guiding best practice.
- Lead and improve core FP&A processes, ensuring greater efficiency, accuracy, and value-added insight across the UK&I business.
- Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the organisation, responding as priorities shift.
- Translate complex financial information into compelling narratives for senior leaders and non-finance partners.
- Build collaborative relationships across corporate and operational teams.
- Oversee the work and priorities of three colleagues in Global Finance Services (Sofia), with dotted-line management responsibility.
- Be a trusted senior finance partner to corporate functions, providing insight, challenge, and commercial guidance.
Qualifications:
We're looking for a finance leader who is comfortable operating at a senior level, influencing outcomes, and partnering beyond finance. You'll bring:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with post-qualification experience.
- Progressive financial experience across multiple roles, including business partnering exposure.
- Experience delivering to deadlines, managing dependencies, and communicating progress with partners.
- Confidence communicating analytical insight to multiple audiences, including senior leaders and non-finance partners.
- An understanding of different business models within a FTSE 100 business.
- Experience managing assignments end-to-end and has experience of getting results.
- A coaching-led leadership approach, helping finance colleagues maximise their potential.
