What you'll do:

  • Manage experian.co.uk, ensuring it performs against commercial, customer and regulatory goals.
  • Improve optimisation of journeys and landing pages to improve conversion and customer experience.
  • Build and manage a clear, prioritised optimisation roadmap in consideration of business goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Compliance, UX and Development teams to deliver improvements.
  • Lead delivery from idea through to implementation, testing and performance analysis.

What you'll need to bring to the role:

  • Experience managing and optimising customer-facing websites, in a regulated environment.
  • Experience building and delivering roadmaps while balancing commercial, technical and compliance needs.
  • Experience with CRO, customer journeys and data-led optimisation.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple partners to influence and promote outcomes.
  • Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.

  • Management skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Organised and able to manage competing demands.
  • Experience with CMS platforms and working with development teams.
  • Understanding of SEO, experimentation and workflow tools such as Jira (desirable).
