We are looking for an experienced Senior Employee Relations Consultant to join our UKI HR team on a 14 month fixed term basis in our Nottingham office. As a Senior ER Consultant, you will partner with defined business areas and provide employment, change management and policy advice and support to ensure that the people, employment and legal risks are managed effectively.
You will partner with the HRBPs and business managers to manage employment implications of business line structural change, redundancy and TUPE projects as required, whilst also managing business-wide and cross-business projects and providing Employee Relationship leadership. You will lead on defined functional areas of expertise, ensuring compliance is achieved.
