Why this role is important to us
Our Customer Engagement team plays an important role in helping customers understand and improve their financial wellbeing. As a CRM Executive, you will help bring this to life by delivering personalised communications that show customers how Experian is on their side.
Work that matters
- Create customer-centric CRM campaigns using insight, data and analysis
- Develop messaging and creative across multiple customer journeys and channels
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through to reporting and optimisation
- Manage day-to-day CRM activity focused on engaging and retaining existing customers
- Collaborate with agencies and our teams to ensure campaigns meet brand, content and compliance standards
Qualifications
What you will need to bring to the role
- Experience in CRM and campaign management, including building creative, messaging and segmentation
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, ExactTarget or Marketing Suite
- Experience working across direct channels including Email, SMS, Push Notifications and Direct Mail
