Experian Credit Services are looking for a Delivery Manager. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. You will focus on planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, working with Clients, business, technology, and partner teams. You will act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that delivery aligns with organisational priorities while managing risks, dependencies, and resources effectively. This is a hybrid, Nottingham based role (40% in the office) reporting to the Programme Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of projects or workstreams.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and resource forecasts.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, cost, scope, and time expectations.
- Track progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with Clients, senior stakeholders, sponsors, and delivery teams.
- Establish and maintain appropriate delivery governance aligned with organisational standards & produce accurate delivery reporting, dashboards, and RAID logs.
- Promote effective Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches, as appropriate.
- Support supplier and partner management, including performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes in a corporate or technology environment.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or hybrid).
- Excellent partner management.
- Experience managing budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Desirable: Experience working in digital, technology, or transformation programmes.
- Certification such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
- Experience working with third-party suppliers or systems integrators.
- Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
