Job DescriptionAre you a systems thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity? We\'re looking for a Commercial Business Analyst - Global Pricing, to join our Pricing Centre of Excellence. In this pivotal role, you\'ll help scale pricing governance, streamline operations, and empower regional teams with the tools and data they need to drive commercial success.
Reporting to the Pricing Consultant and Head of Insights, you\'ll be the operational backbone of our pricing strategy bringing structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement to everything we do.
What you\'ll do:
- Improve pricing processes to boost accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Support the roll out of governance frameworks like CPQ and approval workflows.
- Manage pricing updates and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align tools and processes.
- Support new product introductions or changes from a pricing systems perspective.
- Administer and enhance pricing systems (e.g., CPQ, ERP modules, pricing engines).
What you\'ll bring:
- Experience constructively challenging the status quo and lead diverse leadership groups through improvement initiatives
- Experience in pricing operations, sales operations, or commercial support roles
- Hands-on experience with CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, PROS, Vendavo)
- Knowledge of pricing processes and governance in B2B environments
- Excellent Excel skills and comfort with data manipulation
- Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
Bonus if you have: Lean/Six Sigma, ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle), or exposure to subscription/service-based pricing.
