- Deliver a structured testing roadmap, partnering with creative, acquisition and brand teams to improve asset performance and ensure compliance.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, contribute to quarterly reviews and strategic insights, and ensure tracking and tagging accuracy in collaboration with Ad Ops.
- Test new campaign types, bid strategies and features, while staying up to date with platform updates and industry trends.

- Understanding of performance metrics and how to improve them.
- Experience in Web and App attribution platforms with some knowledge of CM360 and MMPs such as Appsflyer.
- Understanding of attribution models and App measurement challenges.
- Commercial and performance optimisation mindset (CPA, ROAS).
