The predicted salary is between 60000 - 75000 € per year.

This 12-month secondment opportunity is critical in bringing Experian's global People Strategy to life across UK&I. Our growth depends on the strength, capability and inclusivity of our people - and you will directly shape leadership development, future skills and employee experience to support our business ambitions.

What You'll Do

  • Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
  • Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
  • Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
  • Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging

Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills
  • Experience designing and engaging scalable people solutions
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities
  • Experience working with diverse, geographically distributed teams
  • Curious, creative and comfortable working in an ever-evolving solutions-focused setting
  • Passionate about enhancing employee experience and driving innovation
  • Experience with design thinking and human-centred problem solving
  • Committed to equity, inclusion and belonging
