Sales teams perform at their best when they have clear, compelling messaging, strong product understanding, and the right tools at their fingertips. This role ensures our sales organisation is fully enabled to communicate value, engage buyers confidently, and accelerate revenue. By supporting enablement programmes, content, and communications, you'll play a key part in helping Experian deliver consistent, impactful go-to-market execution. This role is reporting into our Head of Sales Enablement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and managing internal communications for Propositions and Sales Enablement, ensuring messaging aligns to buyer needs and product value.
- Supporting the design, development, and delivery of GTM training programmes for sales teams.
- Reporting on engagement metrics and enablement effectiveness, including insights from Seismic dashboards.
- Building strong relationships with GTM stakeholders to enhance communication flow and gather feedback.
- Managing, organising, and optimising enablement content within Seismic to improve usability and adoption.
