We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong front end skills in React/Typescript and C#, to join our Engineering team in the Customer Experience domain of our Consumer Services function. As a Lead Software Engineer you will improve the technical vision, architecture, and implementation of new product features, building high-quality user experiences. Reporting into the Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead by example in engineering excellence, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet the needs of a diverse and growing digital ecosystem. Your role is pivotal in promoting a culture of engineering excellence across our web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions aligned with architectural standards
- Lead code development for complex features and critical components
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
- Stay updated with new technologies and recommend adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor developers
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright), and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Experience in React, Typescript/JavaScript and C#
- Any experience in Dart/Flutter is desirable
- Software architecture and design principles (e.g., SOLID, design patterns)
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance monitoring
