Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated Experian Consumer Service team where every day you will make a positive difference to the lives of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with queries through inbound telephone calls, emails or our live webchat facility.
- Complete an average of 25β30 customer calls per day.
- Provide a great and memorable customer experience.
- Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant.
- Continue to develop knowledge and guide customers through their Credit Report and Score queries, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Follow completion of training and transition to a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday).
- Work a rotational shift pattern Monday β Saturday (8am β 7:15pm).
Qualifications
- Experience delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Experience working in a target environment.
- A high level of resilience communicating with customers.
- Preferable previous call centre experience.
Schedule & Working Model
- Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday).
- Rotational shift pattern: Monday β Saturday (8am β 7:15pm).
- Internal Grade: G.
