You'll work across functions to influence outcomes, manage key projects, and ensure controls are effective, scalable, and future‑ready.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key projects enhancing controls through data, automation, and AI.
  • Engage and influence a broad range of global stakeholders across Risk, Audit, and Technology.
  • Embed AI‑driven solutions to automate and optimise controls testing and monitoring.
  • Apply advanced data analytics to evaluate control performance and identify emerging risks.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and scalable, governed automation solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise in data analytics, automation, and AI, including advanced Python skills.
  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end projects in data and automation.
  • Strong understanding of risk & controls frameworks, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Experience developing analytical and automation solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Additional Skills

  • Delivery‑focused, with strong ownership of projects and outcomes.
  • Able to translate technical insights into business value.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing demands.
  • Strong governance and risk mindset.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment would be advantageous.
