This role reports to the Senior Commercial Loans lead and contributes to delivering the Loans marketplace strategy and growth of partner relationships. It offers the opportunity to join a high-growth business where you will use your commercial skillset to grow the vertical and support consumers in accessing the right credit.
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen existing partner relationships by understanding the partner's strategic goals, communicating using Experian's B2B product assets and relationships, and articulating Experian ECS' broader strategy to link to partner outcomes. This will include commercial negotiation and contracting.
- Grow the number of loans partners on the ECS Marketplace, focusing on meeting consumer needs across the credit spectrum and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to onboarding and partner management of debt consolidation and negotiation-focused offerings.
- Support the delivery of the Loans vertical strategy with market sizing and long-term thinking about ECS Marketplaces' role in the lending ecosystem, and grow share of wallet.
- Partner with product and technology teams in an agile capacity, contributing to the product roadmap, sizing initiatives, and acting as the voice for consumers and partners in important discussions.
- Use data visualization tools like Tableau to interrogate data, highlight trends, and help the team capitalise on opportunities.
- Build a close relationship with the Senior Loans Commercial Executive, coaching them to develop their commercial skillset and discuss data-driven insights with senior leadership.
- Demonstrate experience to achieve a vertical strategy in a financial services environment and lead discussions with senior leaders.
- Possess industry knowledge centered in consumer financial services and a consumer-first mindset focused on outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse teams—product, compliance, marketing—and bring people along in initiatives.
