Responsibilities
- Support the Commercial Lead with lender conversations, including travelling to partner sites and virtual meetings, to deepen relationships and align on shared goals.
- Draft presentations for partner performance reviews, guiding discussions on topics important for consumers, business and partner relationships.
- Use data visualisation tools such as Tableau to interrogate data and highlight new trends that inform the product team’s roadmap.
- Work with partners, the commercial team and legal to update and share contracts, ensuring they are signed by the Commercial Director.
- Collaborate with partners and finance to update commercial metrics and prepare invoices.
- Support the Delivery Manager in onboarding new lenders and products, completing checklists to ensure all processes are followed.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure all email communications contain accurate partner information.
Qualifications
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Ability to interrogate data to understand trends and deliver meaningful changes.
- Comfortable and confident in voicing opinions in a wider group.
- Desire to grow understanding of the commercial world and build a skillset.
