Job Description

Experian Global Security Office seeks a Third Party Security Programme Manager to plan and facilitate the global delivery of Third Party Security (TPS) operations, support assessments, and manage special projects.

Key Priorities

  • Programme management of Third Party Security assessment activities and ensuring compliance with Experian policy.
  • Project and change management for special projects as required.
  • Identification of strategic initiatives and innovation opportunities to deliver team OKRs and drive efficiency.
  • Support the VP, Third Party Security with monitoring, operational reports of the TPSMS, and escalation of potential issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the TPS Service Scorecard and collaborate with regional TPS Managers to meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Manage the TPS assessment programme to ensure timely completion of assessments in line with Experian policy.
  • Lead special projects to ensure delivery of agreed scope and timelines.
  • Provide guidance and support to TPS resources for assurance activities and projects.
  • Identify improvements to the TPSMS framework and propose solutions to leadership.
  • Support audits of TPS operations as required.
  • Act as an ambassador for TPS, engaging stakeholders and communicating updates.
  • Enhance internal communications and coordinate with TPS and stakeholders.
  • Offer policy and process guidance to the TPS team across all regions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within GRC, Automation, Process Improvement, or Information Security.
  • Background overseeing technical security programmes, technical audits, or security-focused projects.
  • Experience researching security solutions and providing guidance/solutions, challenging when risk outweighs benefits.
  • Experience improving automation in programs and processes.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products; additional experience with SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar applications is a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience preferred.
  • Ability to work across a large organisation, managing multiple stakeholders to enable roadmap delivery.
