At Experian Consumer Services, Identity Plus is central to helping customers protect their identity while unlocking financial opportunities. This role is important in driving continuous improvement across our digital journeys - using data, experimentation and personalisation to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial growth. This is a hybrid role based in our London office.
Work that matters - What you'll do
- Deliver the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus, driving improvements in conversion, engagement and retention
- Design, implement and analyse A/B tests end-to-end, turning insights into relevant outcomes
- Identify and deliver opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and churn reduction
- Manage and prioritise the eCommerce testing backlog following organisational goals
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX and Engineering to deliver impactful experiments
Qualifications
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience in CRO, optimisation or eCommerce roles
- Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes
- Experience using tools such as GA, Adobe or Mixpanel
- Experience working in agile environments and managing backlogs or delivery cycles
- Can translate data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations
