Work that matters – What you'll do
- Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities
- Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact
- Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences
- Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions
- Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging

Additional Information
Benefits package includes:
- Hybrid working - 40% office based (approximately 2 days)
- Great compensation package and discretionary bonus
