Job Description

Why this role is important to us

At Experian, HR processes are fundamental to delivering a great employee experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting business growth.

You will help improve consistency, efficiency, and governance across our global HR operations.

As a Global HR Process Consultant, you will shape and improve how HR services are delivered globally.

You will use Service Now and other HR technologies to design seamless end-to-end employee experiences.

These experiences will be scalable, compliant in consideration of business needs.

Through process standardisation, optimisation, and continuous improvement, you will help enhance both employee and operational outcomes across the employee lifecycle.

  • Design, document and continuously improve global HR processes, operating procedures, and employee journeys.
  • Use Service Now to design and improve end-to-end employee experiences, ensuring processes are efficient, intuitive, and scalable.
  • Lead process standardisation and optimisation projects across regions and teams.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, process maps, governance frameworks, and control documentation.
  • Partner with HR, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to deliver process improvements, automation opportunities, and transformation plans.

Qualifications

  • What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
  • Experience in HR process design, optimisation, and governance within a complex global organisation.
  • Hands‑on experience utilising Service Now to support HR service delivery end-to-end employee experiences and workflows.
  • Experience in HR operations, service delivery models, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience operating within regulated environments, including compliance with SMCR, FCA, GDPR, or similar frameworks.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across HR, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and business teams.

  • Experience in process mapping, workflow design, journey mapping, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
