We are recruiting for a crucial Customer Service Executive position within our Background Checking team, based at our Nottingham office reporting into the team leader. You will be part of an important team within Experian, allowing you to grow both your customer service and administration skills. Additionally, it offers a career path that provides fantastic career progression and learning opportunities.
You will have experience of excellent customer service skills, which you use to support our clients and customers throughout their employment screening journey. You will conduct several of the component parts of the employment screening process. This will allow you to build your confidence and understanding of multiple screening processes, such as criminal record checks, DVLA and International checks. Working with your team, you will blend together problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail and making accurate decisions.

Qualifications- Proven Customer Service background.
- Alternatively, previous customer‑facing role dealing with customers on a daily basis, either face to face or through another medium such as inbound or outbound telephone calls.
- Team player, who can stay organised and self‑motivated to meet deadlines.
