Why this role is important to us
This role is important in keeping our Social Impact strategy running across the UK & Ireland. We're looking for you to manage coordination and support operational delivery. Your work will help the team to focus on expanding impact, strengthening engagement, and building meaningful connections between our business and communities.
Work that matters - What you'll do
- Coordinate delivery across all Social Impact programmes
- Maintain volunteering opportunities, policies, and content, including ownership of the Benevity platform
- Engage partners and help deliver events and the Champions network
- Coordinate public sector bid activity and support the Product Donation programme (including case studies and forecasting)
- Manage operational processes including inbox management, RSQs, payments, and documentation

- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
- Promote outcomes through an outcome driven approach
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems to manage workloads and processes
- Experience supporting programmes, projects, or events, with a genuine interest in social impact
