Job Description

We are looking for a Head of Sales for KYC360, an award‑winning SaaS company, who are now part of Experian, reporting into the Senior Sales Director. As Head of Sales for KYC360, you will lead enterprise sales strategy and execution, driving new business growth across global financial institutions and regulated sectors. You will own the commercial agenda, scaling revenue through strategic client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and positioning KYC360 as a market-leading KYC and financial crime intelligence platform. You will lead a top‑performing sales team, develop C‑suite relationships, and deliver against growth targets while shaping go‑to‑market strategy in a competitive RegTech landscape. This is a player / manager role.

Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales and Growth
    • Own and deliver new business ACV and revenue targets, driving sustainable double‑digit growth
    • Develop and execute the global enterprise sales strategy for KYC360
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across Tier 1 banks, fintechs, and regulated organisations
    • Lead complex, high‑value deal cycles and negotiations with senior stakeholders
    • Expand existing client relationships through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Define market positioning and go‑to‑market strategy aligned to KYC, AML, and financial crime trends
    • Be an industry thought leader, representing KYC360 externally and influencing market direction
    • Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential M&A activity
  • Client Engagement
    • Establish and maintain executive‑level relationships across key accounts
    • Develop strategic account plans to maximise long‑term client value and retention
    • Ensure delivery of a seamless, high‑quality client experience across the full sales lifecycle
    • Lead and coach a top‑performing enterprise sales team, set clear targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team
    • Foster a culture of continuous development, top performance, and collaboration
  • Forecasting & Operational Excellence
    • Manage accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM discipline, and track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity
    • Improve resource allocation and sales processes to maximise efficiency and ROI
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align on value proposition and market needs
    • Engage internal stakeholders to support deal execution and client delivery and lead alignment across global teams to accelerate growth

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales leadership within financial services, RegTech, or data/analytics solutions
  • Strong experience managing sales people, building and leading top performing sales teams
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent experience developing long‑term relationships with C suite executives
