Operating within a regulated environment, it's essential that the website not only performs commercially but also meets governance, compliance and brand standards. This role is important for shaping how we improve customer journeys, collaborate across partners and deliver a clear, prioritised roadmap that balances customer needs, commercial outcomes and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do:
- Manage experian.co.uk, ensuring it performs against commercial, customer and regulatory goals.
- Improve optimisation of journeys and landing pages to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Build and manage a clear, prioritised optimisation roadmap in consideration of business goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Compliance, UX and Development teams to deliver improvements.
- Lead delivery from idea through to implementation, testing and performance analysis.
Experience and Skills:
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian:
- Experience managing and optimising customer-facing websites, in a regulated environment.
- Experience building and delivering roadmaps while balancing commercial, technical and compliance needs.
- Experience with CRO, customer journeys and data-led optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple partners to influence and promote outcomes.
- Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.

- Experience with CMS platforms and working with development teams.
- Understanding of SEO, experimentation and workflow tools such as Jira (desirable).
