We are seeking a passionate product leader with expertise in designing world-class B2B SaaS experiences and applying technology to solve complex customer problems. As the Senior Product Manager for Ascend Studio, you will lead product strategy and customer design to launch the AI-first fraud and credit risk management platform, Ascend Studio. This role requires navigating a matrixed organization with multiple product portfolios. Experience leading large-scale global software launches is advantageous. This is a hybrid role based in London, reporting to the Product VP for Ascend Platform.
Primary Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate the product vision for Ascend Studio, aligning with customer needs and organizational goals.
- Lead the end-to-end customer experience for Ascend Studio.
- Develop strategic vision for AI-enabled workflows, strategies, and insights across credit, identity, and fraud use cases.
- Coordinate with multiple partner product teams to align on a shared backlog.
- Collaborate with regional product leaders to ensure global prioritization and understanding.
- Conduct client-centered research with UX, marketing, and sales teams to gather insights that inform the global roadmap.
- Utilize data and analytics to shape product strategies and measure success.
- Manage the product roadmap and oversee successful releases.
- Advocate for the product within the broader organization.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the market landscape.
- Provide leadership in roadmap planning and go-to-market strategies across the Identity and Fraud portfolio, focusing on client impact.
Experience and Skills
