We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Director - Fraud to lead our UK and Ireland fraud product management team. You will manage our fraud products and ensure they meet the highest industry standards. You will develop and implement product management practices to understand customer needs and translate them into industry-leading solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with Experian's data and analytics team and third-party vendors, identifying opportunities for partnerships, organic development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) to enhance our product offerings.
- Leadership & Strategy: Lead the team with Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with Experian's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Experian UK&I fraud products to drive revenue growth for the fraud solutions portfolio.
- Product Development: Prioritise product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Engage with cross-functional teams to implement new products and services.
- Innovation & Growth: Lead programs to develop new features and technologies that reduce fraud and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify and evaluate new organic growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand the fraud solutions portfolio.
- Performance Monitoring: Determine and implement metrics required to make metric-based decisions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to meet financial targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather insights on their needs and challenges. Use this information to inform product strategy and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Culture & Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation within the fraud team, encouraging creative solutions to customer problems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong experience in Product Management gained in Identity and Fraud, and able to optimise working practices across the ID&F product teams, fostering a culture of close customer contact, product excellence, and a growth outlook.
- Agile Expertise: Leverage your Agile product management expertise to drive experimentation, maintain regular customer testing, and lead with insights that resonate across multiple market verticals.
- Fraud Solutions: Have a background in fraud solutions either from a solution or vendor perspective.
- People Leadership: Demonstrate exceptional team leading skills, bringing clarity and direction to a high-performing team. Empower and coach the team to further performance.
- API Metrics: Strong understanding of product metrics to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
