At Experian Consumer Services, Identity Plus is central to helping customers protect their identity while unlocking financial opportunities. This role is important in driving continuous improvement across our digital journeys—using data, experimentation and personalisation to enhance customer experience and deliver measurable commercial growth. This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

Work that matters – What you'll do

  • Deliver the optimisation and experimentation roadmap for Identity Plus, driving improvements in conversion, engagement and retention.
  • Design, implement and analyse A/B tests end-to-end, turning insights into relevant outcomes.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities for upsell, cross-sell and churn reduction.
  • Manage and prioritise the eCommerce testing backlog following organisational goals.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, UX and Engineering to deliver impactful experiments.

Experience and Skills – What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

  • Experience in CRO, optimisation or eCommerce roles.
  • Experience running A/B testing and experimentation programmes.
  • Experience using tools such as GA, Adobe or Mixpanel.
  • Experience working in agile environments and managing backlogs or delivery cycles.
  • Can translate data into clear, commercially focused insights and recommendations.
