Role Overview

This 12-month secondment opportunity is critical in bringing Experian's global People Strategy to life across UK&I. Our growth depends on the strength, capability and inclusivity of our people — and you will directly shape leadership development, future skills and employee experience to support our business ambitions.

Work that matters – What you'll do:

  • Partner across our global Talent, Leadership and Learning community to create high-impact people initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to co-create solutions in consideration of strategic priorities.
  • Use data and insights to shape decisions, identify opportunities and measure the impact.
  • Design and embed scalable, end-to-end talent and learning experiences.
  • Champion the use of technology to enhance and modernise people solutions.
  • Support key areas including leadership development, performance, future skills and Inclusion & Belonging.

Experience and Skills - What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian:

  • Experience operating in a global, matrixed environment with strong partner management skills.
  • Translate data into clear insights and relevant outcomes.
  • Experience designing and engaging, scalable people solutions.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of priorities.
