Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator, with experience of working with sales team, toprovide administrative sales support to one of the sales team in GTM, focusing on efficient processing and maintenance of core sales and revenue activities.

You will support internal sales teams and operational processes rather than acting as a client-facing relationship owner. You will ensure orders, billing, and system updates are completed accurately and on time, contributing to a smooth sales and revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Process and maintain Sales BU activities, including:
    • Resetting and updating system settings
    • Maintaining accurate product and customer configurations
  • Support revenue and billing activities ensuring accuracy of data and alignment with agreed commercial terms
  • Process new orders and quick-win opportunities, ensuring timely setup and readiness for delivery
  • Complete routine data entry and updates across systems (e.g. CRM / billing / systems)

Sales Support (Execution)

  • Support the preparation and processing of quotes, orders and contracts, ensuring information is complete and accurate
  • Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records for all supported transactions
  • Track progress of orders and raise issues where information is missing or incorrect

Process & Quality

  • Follow defined processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Identify and elevate data quality issues or recurring errors to senior team members
  • Support simple process improvements through feedback on operational challenges

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for internal queries relating to order processing, billing or setup
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams (e.g. billing, ops, support) to resolve queries and complete tasks
  • Provide timely updates on task progress and completion

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in a salesadministrative, sales support, or sales operations role
  • Experience speaking to customers.
  • Comfortable working with systems such as CRM, billing platforms or internal tools
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume, process-driven work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes and work within defined guidelines
