What you'll do
- Manage experian.co.uk, ensuring it performs against commercial, customer and regulatory goals.
- Improve optimisation of journeys and landing pages to improve conversion and customer experience.
- Build and manage a clear, prioritised optimisation roadmap in consideration of business goals.
- Collaborate with Product, Paid Media, Compliance, UX and Development teams to deliver improvements.
- Lead delivery from idea through to implementation, testing and performance analysis.
Experience and Skills
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience managing and optimising customer-facing websites, in a regulated environment.
- Experience building and delivering roadmaps while balancing commercial, technical and compliance needs.
- Experience with CRO, customer journeys and data-led optimisation.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple partners to influence and promote outcomes.
- Operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
