Our EMAP region spans 20 countries and 11 time zones. You'll provide important support to the Regional CHRO and Regional COO, ensuring they remain focused and organised across a fastâmoving international portfolio. You will help keep the region running smoothly.
Work that matters â What you'll do
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Prepare highâquality presentations, reports, agendas and meeting minutes, with clear tracking of actions.
- Handle confidential information and documents with absolute discretion.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including visas, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Process expenses, purchase orders and invoices within the deadline.
- Provide essential administrative support including room bookings, onboarding coordination, facilities and IT liaison.
- Partner with EAs and PAs across Experian to deliver seamless leadership, customer, supplier and Boardârelated meetings.
- Support team communications, events and engagement activities across the region.
